User License

 
This is an open access journal: all articles will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read, download and distribute.

For open access publishing, Pol Ann Med uses a transfer agreement. Corresponding authors of accepted articles will be asked to fill in the License Agreement.
Authors will transfer the right to Collegium Medicum University of Warmia and Mazury but will have the right to share their article in the same way permitted to third parties under the relevant user license, as well as certain scholarly usage rights.


Permitted third party reuse is defined by the following user license:
Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derivs (CC BY-NC-ND)

For non-commercial purposes, lets others distribute and copy the article, and to include in a collective work (such as an anthology), as long as they credit the author(s) and provided they do not alter or modify the article.

You are free to share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms. Under the following terms:

  • Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
  • Non Commercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
  • No Derivatives — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.
  • No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
